While walking to work this fine snowy sunday evening, I walked by a black dude in handcuffs and in the process of getting arrested. As I walked by, he yelled to his friend that was walking away and NOT being arrest, "Hey! Make sure you get this on camera!!!"
Just another evening walking to work in the lovely Philadelphia.
